Beloveds 💙 Cajun Red beans & Wild Rice 🍛 Lets have a quick Protein & Grains Snack😙w/some Spices 😋

1 lb Red beans dried or precooked
1.5 cups of Wild Rice yellow onion
3 Bay Leaves
3 CUPS tomatoes sauce
3 small green onions
1 bell pepper
1 red pepper
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tsp of paprika smoked (if possible)
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp oregano
2tsp dried thyme
1/2c garlic powder
1/4 black pepper
1 tbsp of salt to taste

Preparation: Take your Wild Rice and rinse and strain place into a it and a pinch salt ,
Dry beans must be washed and soaked for add least 6-8 hrs (depending on your desire texture)
Pre-cooked Red beans in a jar can be taken out and rinse (if desired) and put straight into a the pot with a your tomatoes sauce, water and your chopped ingredients and seasoning, while the rice is cooking, once finished strain rice and fold into your red beans mixture. That it that’s ALL!
