*Spinach and Carrot Quiche (plant based or traditional)

1 bag of carrots (sliced)fresh or frozen
1 bag/bundle of Spinach (chopped) fresh or frozen
1 larger onion (chopped)
1 full sheet of pastry dough (fitted) to desired pan

Spices:
1 teaspoon 5ml Curcuma ā€œTurmericā€
1 teaspoon 5ml Curry
1 teaspoon 5ml Pimienta ā€œCayenneā€
1 teaspoon 5ml Ajo ā€œGarlicā€
1 teaspoon 5ml Himalayan or Sea Salt
1 teaspoon 5ml Vegetable or Italian herbs

Options:
Planted base: Cashew/Hemp or Arroz Milk (use your favourite)
Traditional : Cheddar cheese 1 cup or 5 slice (melted)

Preparation
Cook carrots and spinach together until vegetables are tender (note: strain until all water is out)
SauteĢed onions in pan with dry spices until golden brown and tender, then add your milk or cheese once all ingredients have been infused together add the to the carrot and spinach mix, by folding them in to blend them together.
Next, take your pastry dough in desired pan, remember to poke whole in your dough so it doesnā€™t rise too much, place mixture in pan and let cook for 45 min (allow it to sit) then serve. If you desire a crispy crust prepare cook the crust before placing the filling. Enjoy BelovedsšŸ’™
