Quinoa salad with raisin or without Raisin

1 1/2 cups of cooked quinoa or wild rice
4 to 6 green onions sliced
1 red pepper chopped
2 carrot, shredded
1/4 – 1/2 cups of mint chopped depending on taste
1/4 1/2 parsley
1 lemon
6 tab spoons olive oil
1 tab spoons of honey or maple syrup
1/2 cups of raisins optional
1 teaspoon of turmeric
salt and pepper
1/4 cup of raisin (optional)
then mix, 1 cup of rinsed quinoa to 1 1/2 cups would need double of water to boil,
however if you rinse it you want need as much cook for 12 min
