Dinner ๐Ÿฅ˜ Beloveds ๐Ÿ’™ Kale salad ๐Ÿฅ— Mac & Cheese ๐Ÿง€ w/out the cheese ๐Ÿคช try it for yourself and tell me whatcha think ๐Ÿ’ญ

Mac & Cheese

1 Butternut Squash (chopped)
1 Potatoes (Chopped)
2 1/2 cup Noodles
Plain unsweetened Almond milk yogurt
1 Cheddar Cheese Shred (none dairy)
1 Mozzarella shred ( none dairy)
2 tsp Garlic Herbal seasoning
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Pink season salt (Himalayan salt
1 Butter
1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast seasoning or not
2 cups Vegetable broth

Preparation:
Boil your Butternut squash & potatoes in a separate pot boil noodles strain all, in a Large pot add your squash and potatoes with your dry ingredients then add you almond yogurt, cheddar & mozzarella non diary cheese and vegetable broth simmer and stir until it becomes smooth then add you noodles. That it thatโ€™s ALL!

KALE SALAD:

Kale
Radish
Cucumbers
Red Onions
Walnuts
Dried Raspberries

SALAD DRESSING: Mix it Match to taste

1 Lemon
2 tbsp Tahini
Vinaigrette
Salt & Pepper
1/2 of cup Oil (depending on how many persons)
1 ice cube (once you have all the ingredients in bowl) add ice and fold it around in bowl
